Sleeping accommodations: 2 master suites both have a King bed. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have a Queen bed. There is a bedroom on the top level that has 2 twin beds. Plus, there is an additional room with a day bed and trundle underneath on the top living level. Home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Each of the bedrooms has private access to its bathroom.

Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from IOP Beach Chair company.
