Hugh cut his teeth at an early age working for his Father’s residential custom home construction company in Johnson City, Tennessee.  He graduated from Savanah College of Art and Design. He has established roots for himself and his family in the Charleston area.  He is technical craftsman with the unique ability to problem solve be it in the board room or the job site.

Krista Swingle

Krista Swingle has over 7 years of project management experience including a multibillion-dollar ocean front real estate holding in Southern California. Krista received her BA from Loyola Marymount University. She is recognized as being very organized, with a keen eye for detail. She is a dedicated and hard working professional who will put your needs first.

Hugh III heads up our Construction and Maintenance Division.  Hugh owned and operated a residential custom home business in Johnson City, Tennessee for over 35 years building 3,000 – 6000 square foot custom homes ranging from cape cod style to log cabins on the lake. He is a true hands-on craftsman with expertise in virtually every construction trade.
