This stunning vacation retreat will delight your family to create memories that will last a lifetime. The floor plan is perfect with a large kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Your family can choose to dine together at the large table in the dining area, breakfast area or kitchen island. There is also an outside dining area beside the grill with a stone floor and teak table that seats 6. The large family room features a large screen flat TV, a sleeper sofa and leads to a furnished screened in porch.
8 Morgan's Cove features three bedrooms each with an en-suite bath and flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with both spacious shower and soaking tub. The master bedroom has a deck overlooking the backyard and pool.
Wild Dunes has over 7 miles of paved bike/walking paths, golf courses designed by Tom Fazio and a luxurious spa.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to liability and insurance regulations fireplace use is not permitted.
MAXIMUM 3 VEHICLES PERMITTED. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.
Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays, Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out.
Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest. All linens are professionally laundered offsite.
Bed Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Please note - The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Up until 30 days out we will give a full refund minus the 8% reservation fee. After 30 days the reservation then becomes nonrefundable. If we can rebook at the same rate or higher we will refund the money. If we cannot rebook then we will have to keep the funds.

Absolutely no house parties, youth groups, Bachelor/Bachelorette groups or parties, fraternities, weddings, receptions, meetings or parties allowed. AGENT does not rent to students or groups of students under any circumstances. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, it will be required to immediately vacate and there will be no refunds.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 10am

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
