Top Floor, Spectacular Unit with Wonderful Views

A-301 is a top floor, upscale end unit that has been designed for your pleasure and comfort. This unit is ideal for couples, and it is in high demand. When we talk about a complete renovation, we’re talking about replacing everything….walls, ceiling, doors, cabinets, windows, floors. We also expanded the kitchen and raised the ceilings in the kitchen and foyer to not only create more space, but also to make it feel just right. The only thing that is left standing from when we purchased this condo 9 years ago is the spiral staircase that leads to a piece of heaven at the end of the day! Because it is a top floor, end unit it is also much quieter than many of the other units.

This is not your typical beach condo. We chose the art, installed the sound system, selected the furnishings and stocked the kitchen and barware because we want this to be an extension of our home. We don’t want you to miss anything that would add to the enjoyment of your stay!

While this is a perfect unit for a couple, it is not designed for a family. Close to the activities and amenities of Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island and Mt. Pleasant and a short drive to Charleston, you’ll run out of time before you can do all you want.
