It’s fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The adjoining living/dining area features a spacious couch and gas fireplace.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen bed and a full-size Murphy credenza bed, plus its own TV and private bathroom.
Golf enthusiasts will love being close to Wild Dunes Resort’s two acclaimed Tom Fazio-designed golf courses. Play the scenic Links Course, with holes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, or enjoy the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway setting of the Harbor Course. Both courses are available on a pay-to-play basis.
The villa is conveniently located near the Sweetgrass Inn, resort restaurants, pickleball and tennis courts, bars, shops, and The Spa at Sweetgrass Inn. From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays.
Starter kit provided which includes toiletry amenities and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags) for the first 24-48 hours of your trip.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Up until 30 days out we will give a full refund minus the 8% reservation fee. After 30 days the reservation then becomes nonrefundable. If we can rebook at the same rate or higher we will refund the money. If we cannot rebook then we will have to keep the funds.

Must be 26 years old to rent properties
Absolutely no house parties, youth groups, Bachelor/Bachelorette groups or parties, fraternities, weddings, receptions, meetings or parties allowed. AGENT does not rent to students or groups of students under any circumstances. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, it will be required to immediately vacate and there will be no refunds.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 10am

Wild Dunes does not allow Motorcycles or RVs to enter the resort.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
