This 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage is perfect for family fun! The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Wild Dunes and is a short 5-minute walk to the beach! The home is fully stocked including a 6-seater LSV golf cart which is street legal (included in the rental reservation rate).
The garage has been converted into a play room where the fun can continue which includes a game table that has air hockey, pool and ping pong.
Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and additional bicycles.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays.
*Note – This house does NOT have access to any pools on Isle of Palms or in Wild Dunes. Within Wild dunes you can make play golf with a green fee, you can play tennis if you are in a clinic and you can eat at all of the Wild Dunes restaurants.
Property offers a freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.
Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Please note – The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
